The “Top 3 Spots on Google” Guarantee applies exclusively to organic search engine rankings on Google.com and does not include paid advertising (Google Ads), local map pack rankings, or other search engine platforms. The guarantee is based on specific keyphrases identified and agreed upon by both parties during the express audit and strategy process. Keyphrases must be mutually approved and reasonably competitive within the defined timeline.
Performance timelines and outcomes are dependent on client participation, including timely approvals, access to necessary platforms, and implementation of technical SEO recommendations. If guaranteed rankings are not achieved within the outlined timeframe, we will continue to work at no additional cost until the agreed-upon positions are reached—provided all agreed conditions and recommendations are met.
We reserve the right to substitute keyphrases of equal value if significant changes to Google’s algorithm make the originally guaranteed keyphrases unviable or materially less relevant. All substitutions will be discussed and documented with the client.
This guarantee does not constitute a promise or representation of business or financial outcomes (e.g., traffic volume, leads, or sales). Search engine algorithms change frequently, and while we follow industry best practices, we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen algorithm updates, penalties, or changes in third-party platforms.
